The location and amenities are great but the best thing was the service. Both of the staff members we met were very friendly and went above and beyond for us. Would definitely stay again. The only slight negative is that the noise from other guests can be heard (thin walls or loud guests, I'm not sure which!) Venice is a wonderful city and this hotel is a hidden gem to explore from.
