Shuttle to airport after many requests and complaints. Front desk staff very rude, not helpful and nobody tried to help to show us the room or help to bring our luggage up to the room. Complain about the shuttle.. they said they didn’t have anything scheduled for me. Very unprofessional front desk personnel.

unfortunately this was a bit disappointing visit, I am a returning customer, however first visit 4 years ago was a five star visit this visit was not, the place had some areas of opportunity in terms of cleanliness and also maintenance, from mold in the shower doors to non functional devices. Service in other hand was on a very high level, personnel was warm and welcoming and service oriented, It's all about the building care and maintenance that will bring this place back to what it was before.

There was a cocaroach in our room. The bathroom sink wasn't draining water very well. There was no pool or any type of entertainment. Breakfast that was served was limited and they ran out of milk.
