Pessoal totalmente sem profissionalismo. Tive que tomar café com um cara com a cabeça toda ensanguentada. Não tiveram nenhuma iniciativa para não permitir a entrada da pessoa dentro do restaurante no café da manhã tive que ir embora com ânsia de vômito. Talvez tivesse feito uma cirurgia, mas poderiam ter dado uma touca pra ele pra entrar no café ou então não permitir que tomasse café junto com as outras pessoas. Poderia ter tomado no quarto completamente sem noção. Os elevadores horríveis não funcionava. O protetor do elevador de serviço parecia filme de terror. Todo rasgado. Uma coisa muito barata para deixar a desejar desse jeito. A lâmpada ou seja o protetor da lâmpada quebrado. Parecia hotel de filme de terror. Muito bem localizado Mas podem melhorar bastante a decoração aparência atendimento das pessoas enfim muitas coisas que poderiam melhorar e se tornaram um hotel de luxo

Fizemos a reserva de 02 quartos, sendo 01 quarto para 02 adultos e outro quarto para 02 adultos, 01 criança e 01 bebê. O quarto que seria para 04 pessoas, possuía apenas uma cama de casal. Indaguei na recepção e eles informaram que o problema foi da plataforma “hotéis.com”, informando que passaram a disponibilidade como se cada quarto fosse comportar 02 adultos e 01 criança. Disseram que a única solução seria incluir um berço no quarto. O quarto em si nada tem a ver com o da foto do anúncio. Mobília velha, cama velha, no meu quarto nem telefone tinha 😅 quando precisava falar com a recepção, precisava descer. Muito mofo no quarto e muita mosca de sujeira no banheiro. Internet péssima!!! O café estava ok, apesar da pouca variedade, mas no geral um café regular para bom. No geral, de bom mesmo, somente o preço 😅 mas não recomendo e não voltaria. A maior parte da equipe com um atendimento cordial.

Experiência terrível

Já me hospedei no cecomtur outras vezes e normalmente não espero luxo. Entendo que é uma boa solução low cost pra períodos curtos. Ao contrário das outras vezes, onde encontrei o mínimo aceitável de conforto e limpeza, dessa vez foi uma experiência terrível. O quarto 1103 foi a pior experiência que eu ja tive na vida com um quarto de hotel: paredes e chão mofados, edredom e travesseiros manchados, vaso sanitário descolado do chão, pia do banheiro entupida, etc. Como cheguei a noite de outra viagem e já sairia de manhã para uma próxima, o cansaço só me permitiu aceitar a frustração, tomar um banho e ir dormir. Apesar das condições terríveis do box, pelo menos o chuveiro esquentou.

Péssima opção de estadia em Florianópolis

Hotel bastante antigo, e com péssimas condições de manutenção. Baratas (várias) e formigas (nada podia ser deixado em cima dos móveis - ex.: copo de refrigerante) pelo banheiro e apartamento. Chuveiro (torneiras) com dificuldade de abertura. Móveis velhos e mal cuidados. Roupas de cama e banho de baixa qualidade. Elevador com problemas. Nesta semana havia eventos e uma maratona em Florianópolis, e a diária estava sendo cobrada em sites por mais de R$ 1.000,00. Consegui um valor menor na Hotéis.com, mas me arrependo, pois o hotel e a administração sabem das péssimas condições, e mesmo assim insiste em oferecer baixa qualidade e cobrar valores absurdos. Não recomendo de forma alguma, pois demonstra ausência total de compromisso da administração do hotel.
