Bottom line...great location and great set-up where you can snorkel right off the beach. Rooms were clean and nice and restaurant breakfast very good. The property is a little tired and needs more maintenance especially around the pool....but overall, just a nice experience with nice local employees.

The staff here are fab , Carmen the receptionist especially , The view from my room was the best , Try to get 3rd floor .. Loved the pool , mostly had it to ourselves , It’s right on sea front , 1 small road to cross , Can highly recommend , Supermarket and restaurants just steps away . Maybe some more variety for breakfast , but would go back again for sure .

We were greeted in the lobby by Carmen, who was a gracious and delightful host. She arranged packed breakfast for us when we had to leave early and would miss the time. We did have to ask for things for our room. Housekeeping did not always provide. Service in the restaurant for breakfast was great. It is a good place with good value overall

This was a very nice hotel, right in front of the beach with very friendly staff. It also has a nice restaurant. The room and the general area was really clean. When I go back to Las Terrenas, I would like to stay in the same hotel.
