This is a lovely hotel. Room was fantastic, gym was pretty good as hotel gym go and looks impressive with the floor to ceiling windows. Staff wete friendly amd helpful. The one thing that let it down were the breakfast buffett options, which weren't great, hot food was cold etc and not as extensive as other local hotels.

Best hotel in Boa Viagem

Bugan is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Recife. It’s very new, clean, and modern. Most of the other hotels along Boa Viagem beach are 25+ years old and starting to look rundown. The room we booked at Bugan was huge, comfortable, well decorated, and it was a great price. The breakfast included was very high quality too, not your typical cheap hotel breakfast. They had a French chef making custom omelettes. I was impressed.

During my stay, I was truly pampered from beginning to end. I would especially like to commend the Chef and his wonderful crew for their delightful service. Every morning, I was spoiled with a delicious omelet and a perfectly stuffed tapioca—it felt like being on a honeymoon with myself. Thank you, Chef, for making each day such a joy. I also want to extend my compliments to all of the serving staff. A special shout-out to Chaves—your kind eyes and benevolent demeanor made me feel not just welcomed, but entitled to such warm service. Thank you, Chaves, you are a true darling. And of course, I cannot forget the cleaning crew! Thank you, ladies, for keeping everything spotless and comfortable. Room 515, August 18–23, should set the standard. Wink, wink! Your hard work and care were deeply appreciated. Lastly, to the ladies at the front desk: if a Brazilian insists on speaking with you in another language, please do respond in kind—you have that power! Thank you for your amazing service and for making the stay even more special.

Já havia me hospedado no Bugan e não tivemos uma boa experiência, o quarto não tinha um cheiro agradável, o café da manhã deixava a desejar e era um ambiente tumultuado, mas resolvemos voltar após alguns anos, qual não foi a nossa surpresa, hotel reformado, restaurante muito bacana e acolhedor, com itens de qualidade e variados, equipe muito simpática e solícita. Com relação ao quarto, este esta limpo, cama confortável e roupas de cama de qualidade, banheiro muito bom, mas... uma CORTINA que contrastava com o nível do quarto e do banheiro, achei desproporcional, ultrapassado, para se ter ideia, quando tomávamos banho o banheiro alagava, confesso que isso me incomodou muito, mas de resto tudo maravilhoso. Mas não será uma cortina que me fará não ir mais a este hotel, aliás, já o elegemos como nosso hotel, porque mensalmente estamos em Recife.
