Clean and comfortable guestroom; clean and very comfortable bed; friendly and efficient customer service. Facility could use a little maintenance work, but it's not bad. No frills. Adding donuts or danish -- and either peanut butter, or a second flavor of jam, or both -- to the continental breakfast would be easy and would be appreciated. Good value if you can live without frills for a night.

There is a great Thai take out restaurant on the property. The motel has security cameras watching entrances, exits, and hallways. That's good and helped us feel a little safer. The access doors are left open, I guess for the breeze, or perhaps to assuage the pervasive smell of tobacco. The door to our room didn't seem snug enough and I could see light all round the frame from the hallway when the door is closed. I thought one good kick would likely open it easily. I told the clerk on duty about a man sitting and smoking in a running car, door open. The man was there in the evening when I took my dog out, and again in the morning. Although the motel is non smoking, I think the aged carpets from yesteryear retain all the stench of the prior days when smoking was allowed. Positives are the polite and friendly staff, the security cameras and the local Thai restaurant.

Limited options in Waterville area during Colby College events so this was is. Clean, friendly staff but some transient guests. It appeared that some guests were staying there as a transitional housing option. There were also signs warning about human trafficking that were unnerving. Would recommend other options in Waterville if they are available.

I liked that there is a thai restaurant in the building and ease of checking in/out. I did not like the heavy perfuming of the fresh room, i am allergic.

The staff was very nice. The bathroom was falling apart in spots. The free breakfast consisted of dry cereal, coffee or tea, orange juice and bread, muffin or English muffin. Pretty slim!

clean and neat. Had a small tv problem but it was taken care of immediately. Priced well..i would stay there again. Thank you...also it was my first motel stay by myself since my husband passed away a year ago. I felt safe and comfortable..very important to me as I was nervous.
