Great location and transport links

Central to Oslo with amazing transport links right outside (tram, bus, metro and train!) Despite this, hotel was lovely and extremely quiet. Hotel was clean and staff were helpful. There was a luggage room to leave bags before check-in and after check-out. Would definitely stay again.

Location is fantastic. 9* The room size is small clean which is alright. Noisy external tram / train noise. Later midngt, young guys with loud music hanging around. At 3am next door room had late ngts screaming laughing. Hard to sleep.

Good hotel, be aware of similar names

The hotel was well situated to the train station, public transportation hubs, and to shopping. The only issue we had was there are multiple Comfort Hotels in the area and the address Hotels.com gave us for Xpress was to a different Comfort Hotel, luckily within walking distance. The check-in agent at the incorrect hotel had apparently dealt with this mistake a number of times and quickly directed us up the street to the correct property.

Overall decent.

Check-in was easy, friendly staff, lobby was nice and clean, as was the room and the shower pressure was 10/10. Only complaints is that the bed was beyond horrible. After finally managing to fall asleep, I woke up with my whole body aching, it was terrible. Only other thing is that the balconies has no privacy, they are open to the adjoining rooms meaning everyone can hear each others conversations and see each other, plus they could technically walk right into your room if you forget to lock the balcony door.

Simple room for stay

The hotel is conveniently located - a few steps from Central station and to the famous theatre on the other side. The room is spacious; however, many facilities are not available. It requires to go to another hotel of its chain (20 mins walk away) for the laundry. If it just required for a short stay in a simple for a cost friendly option, it would be a great choice.
