Everything about this property is great from location, to the rooms (spacious and very nice), to the nearness in the Tlaquepaque, too the great security. The omelets are very good. Only thing i didn't like was my first cup of coffee didn't taste great.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Loved the water pressure in the shower. The only thing I was unhappy with was the cleanliness of the room. The floor was dirty.. dirt and hair throughout, I had to ask for new sheets as there was hair all over the sheets. Staff was apologetic, they brought a clean set and I changed the bed.

Place is convenient. However, it can be noisy. Room Fiorenza had a live roach in the bathroom. Floors had hairs that we tried to wipe with toilet paper. Underneath the bench close to the bed they do not clean. Restaurant service was slow. Receptionist serves as waiter also. The receptionist told us service was at 7:30 a.m. We arrived at 7:45 and the staff told us service started at 8:00. Overall, was not pleased with our stay.

Es un pequeño de ubicación muy práctica para conocer Tlaquepaque. Asímismo el interior del hotel, instalaciones y todo es muy acogedor, pues ya que es como una casa, te hace sentir que estás en un lugar familiar, tranquilo y apacible. Nos gustó mucho a mi pareja y a mi ❤️

I stayed in this hotel 4 times but this time we were in a room downstairs and it was noisy and the bed was very uncomfortable. Other than that everything was good. I love the location and the cleanliness, employees are great.
