Nice concept and friendly staff. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined when we found large bedbugs crawling up the walls in our room. We were offered a free breakfast and promised a refund for the night, but despite several emails and phone calls, this refund was never issued. This is very disappointing and leaves a lasting negative impression.

A good stay at this hotel. The room itself (the bookshelf) was nice, spacious and comfortable. The shared bathroom was okay, it was mostly clean but clearly depends on who used it last. The staff were very friendly however most times there was no one on reception and when clicking the button for attention no one arrived. It made the experience a little poorer.

It was an "interesting" experience, especially sleeping inside an old Tram. But it was comfortable and bed was big. They do need to update the curtains. Bathroom was clean. Staff was hepfull and friendly. Location is nearby local transportation.

Excellent experience.. we booked the larger bookcase room with a window which proved to be the correct decision. Staff are very helpful from lifting suitcases to pleasant manners. The Thai restaurant is worth having a meal.. high quality food and service

Hotel Not Hotel was perfect for our trip. There are nice parks in the area and for those who enjoy walking it is a nice walk into the main part of town. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area and a nice market close by. The rooms are clean and well kept. The bathrooms are modern and relatively clean too.

Cool hotel

Really cool hotel. Staff were amazing. Bathroom seemed inadequate for the number of guests, there were only two toilet stalls. But definitely a unique experience.
