Paradise was a really nice hotel. The restaurant staff by far were amazing! I saw a few of them at the club and was vibing with them there. I do wish there were more food options, and spa services. I did get a massage which they do have someone come on site, I enjoyed it thoroughly.

The staff was very attentive to my family and family member with disabilities. The staff made sure we had all the accommodations and services. Excursions were offered to us and the staff made sure we were able to do the excrusions with my family member who uses a wheelchair and had the assistance we needed. The staff made sure to make a pured/blended meals for my family member in the mornings due to her special diet. Everyone was friendly! The beach is beautiful and right at the property. The pool is a gorgeous jungle feel and great for kids and adults who might not know how to swim. Thanks to Byron and Brent Fischer who set us up with excrusions to do around the Island and accommodations for wheelchair accessibility.

We booked the honeymoon suite for four nights, and the experience was magical. Walking to the room felt like stepping through a lush jungle path, and just a few steps beyond, we were greeted by a pristine beach. The only downside was the tub in the suite, which had a rusted bottom, so we chose not to use it. Aside from that, we absolutely loved the experience.

Paradise Resort is paradise!

An outstanding hotel/resort that is absolutely a gem! The grounds are very well raken care of as are the rooms. All bathrooms on the property are very clean as well. Dining hall for the all-inclusive and meals there were exceptional in quality and had great variety. The bar and grill on the beach were fabulous. A beautiful beach right in front of the bar with private chairs and umbrellas for guests. All this was made possible by the staff of Paradise Resort, every single one being friendly, courteous, and helpful.

This is a great place to stay in West Bay. Lots to do, many restaurants close by, amazing beach with prime snorkeling right off shore. The beach and hotel staff are wonderful and very attentive - shout out to Marvin, Joel, Jose, Byron and Marlen! There are many kids and families who stay at this property and the hotel is currently doing some renovations and updating the rooms/balconies and outside structures. The breakfast buffet was really good, fresh foods and coffee each morning starting at 7am. I would definitely book a future stay!
