Encontramos una cucaracha gigante en el baño, en general estaba muy sucio y lleno de polvo todo

Si bien es cierto que le hace falta mantenimiento, también es muy cierto que es un lugar muy tranquilo y está muy cerca del centro, tiene una excelente vista a la catedral.

Nada que ver con las imágenes es muy antiguo y en la noche da miedo. Las camas incomodas y en la parte de afuera requiere limpieza inmediata

Dueños inviértanle o véndanlo. Falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel. Muy descuidado en áreas exteriores, falta mucha limpieza. Mucha pintura, limpieza en baños, desgaste en blancos y colchones.

Nos atendieron muy bien son atentos y amables, el problema es el hotel que como en nuestro caso nos toco una de las ultimas habitaciones no llegaba el agua caliente tardaba más de 10 min en calentar el agua de la ducha, no contaba con mucha limpieza la habitación. A pesar de eso tiene mucho potencial el hotel pero no le sacan partido, tiene buena ubicación, tiene muy bonita vista de todo el centro de taxco y grandes espacios que puede aprovechar.

ME GUSO QUE ACEPTAN PERROS, LAS INSTACIONES BONITAS,MUY LINDA LA HABITACION Y BASTANTE AMPLIA, PERO EL ACCESO A LA RECEPCION ESTA IMPOSIBLE ME PERDI COMO 30 MINUTOS! Y SE INUNDA CUANDO TE BAÑAS! EL AGUA SALE DEL BAÑO HASTA LA HABITACION! EL PERSONAL EQUIS Y LENTO! NO TE HACE SENTIR BIEN!

Es un lugar para recomendar no ir. Esta en completo deterioro y en estado de ruina. En otras zonas, lo habrían cerrado por ser un peligro, de caída de elementos de la construcción sobre los clientes
