Great stay! Hotel is a bit further up from the action of the town but easily accessible by trolley. Room was clean, no frills but comfy. Pool was warm and clean, hot tub out of commission. Staff friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful short stay at the Milestone. Everything was great checkin to checkout. Very comfortable and clean room, beautiful pool, and nice continental breakfast. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay there again when traveling to that area.

I needed a room that was cold, dark and had a bed close to the bathroom because I am recovering from Lyme disease and I had not been able to sleep prior to checking in. I finally got the rest that I needed. This place was exactly what I wanted

A little dated, but clean

This hotel looked great in the pictures. But, it feels like an old Ramada Inn. It was clean but definitely dated. The continental breakfast was ok. The staff were super friendly. The bed's were old and almost felt like a waterbed when you first sat down on it. Probably would not stay here again.

We ended up being put in one of the older rooms that are not fresh and new, but we were perfectly comfortable. Room was clean, had a patio facing pool and very spacious. Air conditioning worked. Nice warm pool with lots of loungers. Plenty of outdoor space with cozy chairs set up. The buildings that are redone look beautiful in photos and would definitely return and ask to book in one of the updated buildings! Everyone working at motel was friendly and helpful.

Nice place to stay with a good location

We very much enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. The location is wonderful and close to our favorite restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. The room, especially the bathroom, could have used a better cleaning and the breakfast could have had more protein options, but overall, we were pleased. Front desk staff were super friendly. We would definitely stay her again.

Room condition

Weather was mixed but we had a good time. The staff was very nice and the property was well maintained. My one complaint was that the rooms had a musty smell to them and they were very damp. I think the AC units are old and need to be replaced. I also question if the units do not need to be replaced then they all need to be serviced.

Impressed!

We booked this lastminute and were beyond thrilled. One of the cleanest hotels we have been to. Staff was very nice and made an impression in the less than 24 hours we stayed. I really cannot say enough about the cleanliness of the room and property as a whole. Very impressed and would choose to stay here again if we are in the area.

This place was amazing! The room was clean and spacious.. as was the bathroom.. the girl at the front desk was really friendly she even let me borrow a phone charger because I forgot to pack mine.... I was surprised that the pool was open but luckily I had a bathing suit in the car so I got to go in the pool.... Breakfast was pretty good too

Worth the Price

This motel is fine and a less expensive alternative to the nicer hotels downtown. It’s a good location but not great. The motel itself could be spruced up a little but it looked ok. The walls are paper thin, allowing you to hear everything going on in adjacent rooms and rooms on either side of them. The breakfast was nice and the attendant friendly and helpful. For the price, this is a good spot.

Nice place!

This is one of the nicest cheaper hotels I've stayed out; the room is very clean and, at least on my off-season visit, very quiet. No road noise whatsoever. I can't speak to the breakfast, but there is a cold continental breakfast available, since it didn't begin until too late for me. For fellow travelers, I had a great dinner down the road at Brickyard Hollow Brewing Company.
