The room was amazing. The junior suite had a large jacuzzi tub. The hotel is across from the park, on a bus line, and everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. The views were of a poorer area of town, but the room was quiet.

El hotel está bonito, las habitaciones me gustaron, limpias, son amplias y tienen luz natural y ventanas. El desayuno incluido es muy bueno. Tiene vías de transporte muy cerca (metro San Lázaro y metrobús que te lleva al aeropuerto, al centro, Reforma o Buenavista) lo único malo es la zona, ya que no es muy turístico alrededor. No es inseguro, pero no hay mucho que ver caminando cerca del hotel.

The hoyel overall is nice and confortable. The food menu-for-purchase is limited and some listed iyems are not available. The free breakfast is extremely limited and most trays were empty.(sel-serv buffet). People in charge of replenishing dood trays were not nice.

El desayuno estuvo bastante bueno. Otro punto a favor es que el hotel esta céntrico y si como nosotros utilizas el transporte publico, te deja justo en frente del hotel. Las camas cómodas. La limpieza de la habitación bastante bien. Lo que no nos gusto fue se tardaron 20 minutos para el check-in. Traíamos algo de prisa para irnos a comer y empezar a recorrer la ciudad. Acostumbrados que en otros hoteles nos ofrecen los cepillos y pasta dental, nos sorprendió que nos lo cobraran. Otro punto, es el cancel de la regadera, es transparente y tuvimos que poner toallas para mantener la privacidad con nuestros hijos porque el baño no tiene puerta. En general, estuvo aceptable!!
