The room we were given was old and outdated. Apparently we got the old se ruin of the hotel where rooms have not been updated. Lin of sucks, since we have stayed there plenty of times before, at much better rooms, since we got a great rate we got the worst rooms available

Key will not work so having to go back constantly to reprogram and staff and not very friendly I was traveling with 2 kids website said free rolling bed and I was charge an extra fee for the rolling bed Again I was traveling with kids and family and was given a room next to a group of men partying knocking on my room asking for cigarettes and loud music thru the day and night I asked politely to the staff to change rooms or to ask the party to stop going to my room or turn the music down but they laughed and refused to move my family to another room it was not safe and uncomfortable traveling with two girls and a wife when staff can’t control they’re guest

El Hotel en general regular, la atención de la Recepción muy básica y a veces un poco grosera, no te explican el uso de las áreas y lo tienes que intuir, la alberca un poco sucia y el uso de las mesas y sillas considero que son pocas para las personas que reciben. La habitación bien en general, aunque el baño necesita mantenimiento y por la noche no tuvimos agua. Tomamos la promoción de hoteles.com y al llegar a recepción un rollo para que la aceptaran y todo el tiempo pidiendo nuestro ticket porque dudaban del monto... Mejor que no suban promociones y listo La verdad el hotel está lindo pero en atención y servicio nos quedaron mucho a deber
