Served our purpose but nothing special, holiday weekend but no evening popcorn, checked in at 6p but had to wait for desk clerk to see me on camera to come help. Hotel is dated, breakfast eggs were put out in chafing dish from a bag, and put into a bag after breakfast. Trash by front door was overflowing. Positively, the beds were comfortable.

The room was adequate. The breakfast was minimally acceptable. Our TV was not working for the first 3 hours and it took the manager 2 trips to get it to work. The ice machine on the 1st floor was broken and the one on the 2nd floor was nasty. I could not believe the high recommendations on the hotels.com website. I will not trust them in the future.

We had a very nice one night stay at Fossil Creek. The staff was helpful and friendly. Good breakfast, with lady cooking eggs and omelets. Children really enjoyed pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay again.
