Before staying at Finest Playa Mujeres I read reviews saying it was closer to a 4* than 5* and now having stayed there, I agree this is true. The hotel grounds are lovely and well kept, but sadly the hotel falls down in several other areas - the food is the biggest disappointment with service varying throughout the hotel. Rooms are a decent size but not 5* luxury.

This was absolutely the perfect family stay. I have no negative things to say about the hotel, it is meticulously maintained, has excellent food and drinks, staff are nothing short of incredible, and we felt extremely well looked after.
