pena que na opção da reclamação não tenha como posta foto. porque tirei umas fotos do quarto onde eu tive o disprazer de ter reservado, tava pior que um albergue. nenhuma condição daquilo ser um hotel. estrutrura zero.. vcs tem q ter um maior sistema seletivo, quando oferecer certos tipo de quartos.. pq no site é uma coisa, e na realidade é outra completamente diferente. tudo ruim, ate o cafe de manha, foi um pão com manteira, e uma xicara de cafe. eu falei um pão com manteiga. isso é um absurdo. uma falta de respeito com o consumidor. foi a primeira e ultima vez q eu min hospedei naquele hotel, cujo o nome é castelinho e tava mais pra inferninho. e perdi a confiança no trabalho de vcs.

Me senti totalmente lesada e enganada!!! Me deparei com um hotel, que na verdade é um motel, em péssimas condições, com um quarto sem nenhuma ventilação, banheiro sem papel higiênico, precisei comprar uma toalha, que também me servia de lençol. Uma mesa imunda de sujeira de cigarro. As 6 da manhã simplesmente havia um galo cantando na porta do meu quarto. Café da manhã horrível, com iogurte vencido há quase dez dias. Um total descaso com o cliente que faz uso do serviço. Me senti humilhada tendo que dormir em um ambiente sem nenhuma segurança e que com certeza serve de palco para inúmeras ilicitudes. Aconselho o Hoteis.com a verificarem o local e o retirarem o mais rápido possível do site.

Hotel com custo beneficio inaceitavel. A pia do banheiro estava com vazamento. O vaso sanitario não tinha tampa. Não ofereceram roupas de cama nem de banho. Não consegui acessar o wifi. O alimento (iogurte) servido no cafe da manha estava vencido.

O quarto com cheiro de morfo, não tem conforto algum, não existe Wi-Fi, barulho de pessoas entrando e saindo a noite toda, parece mais um motel de péssima qualidade, chuveiro frio, banheiro mal limpo,o café da manhã é horrível, não recomendo a ninguém. Se eu fosse vocês do hoteis.com tirava este lugar da listagem de vocês, ninguém merece passar uma noite num lugar como este.

Sinceramente, não podemos chamar isso de hotel. Compromete a credibilidade do Hoteis.com que deveria verificar as condições antes de publicar fotos. Fachada caindo aos pedaços, cama com buracos, chuveiro saindo água amarela e barulho á noite toda. Resumo, nunca pensem em se hospedar nesse hotel.

Gostaria que fossem vocês mesmos fazer uma avaliação, na porta está escrito, 2hs 20,00 e pernoite 40,00 para 2 pessoas. Nem disfarçado é. Muito mal frequentado te confesso que fiquei com medo de dormir lá, só fiquei porque andava sozinha, de táxi. Nem pedir um táxi na secretaria eles pedem, fui pedir na pista.As funcionárias são até esforçadas para agradarem porque enxergaram a minha cara de insatisfação.

As as condições do hotel eram as piores possíveis,alguns quartos sem janela, cheiro de mofo insuportável, no banheiro só havia chuveiro com água fria e as condições de higiene do banheiro era precárias, muito cabelo no ralo do banheiro e na pia, os lençóis das camas estavam muito manchados,a janela do quarto estava muito suja e havia apenas um pano para tampar a claridade do quarto,o café da manhã era pão de forma com manteiga e leite apenas. Não recomendo para ninguém.

O hotel (se podemos chamar assim) é de péssima qualidade. Localizado na periferia em frente a quiosques com música alta e vários bêbados. A frente do hotel exala cheiro de urina. As fotos nada condizem com o local. Eu e meus 11 familiares nos recusamos a dormir neste lugar. Mofo por todos os lugares, lençóis de cama encardidos, enfim horrível !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quando fiz a reserva via internet, fiquei interessado pela boa localidade do Hotel, numa região central do Recife e também pelas fotos dos quartos, que não eram repletos de luxo e pompa, mas também não chegavam a ser quartos inóspitos. O fato é que, ao entrar no quarto, fiquei profundamente decepcionado. Nada que vi na internet condizia com a realidade. O quarto era extremamente pequeno, com uma tv de 14 polegadas, que mal funcionava. E o banheiro então nem se fala, pois não tinha sequer descarga no vaso sanitário, sem contar no espaço, ou melhor, na FALTA DE ESPAÇO. Em suma, recomendo que ninguém faça reserva nesse lugar, pois irão se arrepender amargamente. É propaganda enganosa!

Não houve estadia. Quando chegamos não encontramos nada do que tínhamos visto na propaganda ( enganosa). Agora resta-nos saber como fazer para o ressarcimento do valor pago antecipadamente através do cartão de crédito. Tivemos que pagar outra hospedagem, sem contar o transtorno sofrido na hora. Não recomendo a ninguém este Hotel castelinho. Nada haver com hotel.

Fiz uma rezerva neste hotel peguei um taxi e falei para o taxista o nome do hotel O CASTELINHO logo ele me falou vc tem certeza que quer se ospedar la?perguntei!porque?Ele me falou que e uma area muito perigosa e o hotel era tambem um motel daqueles barra pesada,fiquei com muito medo e continuei em direçao ao hotel e chegamos,nao tive coraigem de descer do taxi hotel horrivel com gente mau encarada,acho que e .....não recomendo

Paguei mais infelizmente não usei,quando contratei o serviço pelo site pensei que era um serviço serio, mais quando cheguei no local,que se diz ser um hotel pelo amor como pode chamar aquilo de hotel,nem um motel de beira de estrada se compara com aquilo tive que sair procurando um hotel para ficar, e graça a Deus encontrei um local que tive condições de dormir e resolver meu problema no consulado americano, agora eu pergunto quando voçês colocam um hotel nesse site voçês tem uma equipe para fazer uma avaliação fisíca do local,por que esse estabelecimento não tem condições nenhuma de aparecer em um site para oferecer esse tipo de serviço de hotelaria minha gente.
