Charming hotel

This is a charming hotel. We stayed in the suit room as a family, it was spacious and comfortable. We had a plate of fruit left by the hotel manager, which was a lovely touch. Perhaps the hotel is getting a little old at places, but that didn’t bother us. We normally stay at more modern hotels and we really like the old fashioned charm of this hotel. The rooms have balconies with a stunning view of the Anitkabir, the key monument in the city. Central location, easy to get to on the metro.

Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel got off to a poor start. Upon entering our room, we were greeted by dirty mugs with leftover tea and a shower floor littered with hair. To make matters worse, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were half-empty. Although the front desk promptly sent housekeeping to address the issues, we were disappointed by the lack of apology or concern. When we mentioned the incident during checkout, the response was dismissive, with the staff simply stating, "We cleaned it." While we appreciate the effort to rectify the situation, the overall experience fell short of our expectations. As a hotel, attention to detail and customer satisfaction are crucial. Hopefully, the management will take our feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve their services. Rating: 2/5 Stars - Not Worth the 5-Star Rating Given its 5-star rating on Expedia, we expected a much higher level of service and cleanliness. Unfortunately, this hotel fell short of our expectations.

Merhaba, ailemle birlikte Ankara gezimiz için bir gecelik konaklama gerçekleştirdik, genel olarak çok memnun kaldık, personelin ilgisi, otelin temizliği, havuz, sauna, hamam v.s. kullanımı olsun çok iyiydi, odamızın balkonundan Anıtkabir'in gece ihtişamlı manzarası da ayrı bir güzellik kattı, yalnızca otele girişte bir saate yakın odanın hazırlanması için resepsiyonda beklemek zorunda kaldık o biraz canımızı sıktı, bir de otoparka giriş çıkış biraz zor onun dışında tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir otel teşekkür ederim.
