Lovely Hotel

Charming hotel that feels like a lodge. Wonderful pool, spa, and happy hour. The hotel offered amenities including free popcorn, coffee/tea station, s’mores kits and a light breakfast bar. The hotel is within walking distance of the Heavenly shops and restaurants. We’re looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Perfect little getaway

It was a cute little hotel. We were greeted with a welcome beverage. The outdoor pool was the perfect temperature and the hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking. When we left we were given a parting gift of almonds to snack on for our trip home. The room was a little dark but overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

The rooms are very comfy and quiet enough. Showers are nice water pressure and the office staff very nice no matter any questions you had. Upon arrival- they may have been doing some training - the front desk was not too friendly- seemed off. Did not give us any information regarding the amenities of the hotel. The hotel room was clean. Our bed and pillows were horrible extremely squishy and hard to sleep on. The parking was okay gets quite crowded. I am not sure what the resort fee covered as we didn't see any amenities except the pool? The location was great close to private lake and Heavenly village.

Amazing inn. The service was excellent, it was super clean and so reasonable. Great location, awesome pool connected to a fabulous restaurant called Toulouse. The beds are comfortable, they have coffee pots and an apartment refrigerator. They also offer continental breakfast in the lobby. I love this place. Can’t wait to go back.

Visiting Lake Tahoe just to see it. The Inn is a fine place to stay, It is a little dated, but the bathroom was converted for fully roll-in accessable and that was great, Would stay there again. Could use a little better lighting.

This was a great value for the warm service, thoughtful details, and awesome location for skiing Heavenly. My kids had a blast and we appreciated the hot tub, smores, and breakfast items available to all guests. Highly recommend!
