Hotel 3*
Basic hotel. Room was clean and functional but corporate looking. Soulless. Breakfast was basic too. Wanted to eat in the hotel restaurant but it was completely empty on a bank holiday weekend so that was a red flag. Location perfect but parking first come first served. Will not stay again.

We had a lovely large room. Very clean and comfortable. Only thing, they ran out of milk sachets, but gave us a jug of fresh milk instead.

Connaught Lodge
Only stayed one night and everything was excellent but if I was staying longer the room is small and bathroom even smaller! This was not a problem for me, I suspect it would be for someone who is larger than 5’4” and 9 stone! Anyone booking a single room should bear this in mind. Apart from that the room was lovely and exceptionally clean, the bed extremely comfortable and bedding crisp and fresh white cotton. Breakfast was amazing.

Good hotel
Good comfortable hotel. Parking very tight, narrow spaces and limited. Strange buzzing noise intermittently outside our room. Walking distance to the centre and sea.

Enjoyable stay
Enjoyable stay, lovely to have the pool and spa. Breakfast was good too. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very flat. The bathroom was huge but the limescale in the sink was a bit off putting. Staff all very friendly.

Avoid at all.costs!
Unclean carpets, hallway, staurs filthy. Room smelt.
Stayed in a Jnr suite!!! A small room with a bizarre corridor and filthy smelly room attached to it that was only fit to store suitcases! The sofa was filthy!!!
Free parking, not available due to a wedding party taking every available space!
Never would i stay there again, more hostel than hotel!!

Stay in a tent it's better
Really disappointed, I paid to upgrade my room...what a terrible mistake
Safe didn't work
TV remote didn't work
Kettle lid fell off
Shower was garbage
Communal hallways and landing is disgusting, at best 2*
Health Club?
That is a dump! Gym equipment, at least 20 years old.... jacuzzi had hardly no power jets,
Positive is all the staff are lovely, apart from Maria the duty Manager who was supposed to contact me with my stay issues, how strange to this day I've still not heard from her....
