We enjoyed our stay. It was cozy, clean and quiet. The tea pot should be cleaned more often due to water mineral deposits. This style of hotel is more old school with a lot of character next to a very pretty river.

Whilst the staff were pllite and cheerful, the property requires refurbishment. Our first room the basin didnt work, the second room the towel rail fell off snd the general appearance overall was in need of upgrade.

Right in the centre of town and easy walking to all restaurants and shopping in Warkworth. Friendly welcome - although was very busy in the restaurant at dinner time when I checked in. Comfortable and quiet enough - parking a little scarce and very narrow parks but right there. Definitely worth the stop on a business trip.
