I was expecting a pretty basic room due to the price but was better than expected. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower curtain was broken but that was the only negative point. I was very happy with my stay

The check in process has been very fast and easy, the place is quite easy to find and the staff kind and helpful. The only complaints are about the lack of air conditioning, together with the noises coming from the road… a simple fan in the room didn’t help at all as the outside temperatures were above 30 and the inside followed turning our nights into a noisy nightmare

Court séjour d’une nuit, réservé pour 5 personnes. À notre arrivée, le réceptionniste nous a clairement fait comprendre que cela “l’emmer*** bien” car la réservation était pour 5 et non pour 4. Une remarque déplacée, d’autant plus que je suis membre Gold et fidèle client Expedia/Hotel.com — j’ai donc l’habitude d’un accueil bien plus professionnel ailleurs. Concernant le parking, j’ai simplement demandé si les bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques étaient disponibles et si elles nécessitaient une carte ou un accès particulier. On m’a répondu sèchement que “l’électricité n’est pas gratuite”, sans autre information utile, alors que ma question visait uniquement à m’organiser. La chambre n’était pas vétuste, mais l’état général laissait à désirer : joints de douche abîmés, taches visibles, odeur de cigarette persistante, literie usée. Aucun mot de départ ni question sur notre satisfaction lors du check-out. Le seul point positif : un cadre agréable et un centre commercial accessible à pied avec de nombreux restaurants. En résumé, ce n’était pas un séjour catastrophique, mais certainement pas à la hauteur des standards attendus, et je ne reviendrai pas.
