A small motel just outside of town along the main road adjacent to the RV park, the hotel room was clean with comfortable beds and good linens. Our room had a microwave, fridge, and standing AC unit with an exterior door along the north side of the hotel with table and chairs along the decked walkway. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. The walk to town passing the hot springs pool is along the river and then along the main road, safe to walk and little elevation change. The onsite Smokehouse restaurant is pricey and very good with live music. The hotel, restaurant and RV park got super quiet after 10:00 PM and traffic noise wasn’t bad either at night. We slept very well. I felt like the price was high but this is Ouray so the price was comparable with similar accommodations. We have stayed both in and out of town, and Timber Ridge was a nice change of pace. Our view on the north side was a disappointment, overlooking the gas station and RV park vs the mountain side which is the only reason, for not giving 5 stars.
