A simple and not so expensive way to make holidays and keep head free without any bells and whistles. All you need, small and clean accomodations with good equipement. You can choice to cook in the little kitchen, go the Restaurant at the Club area or you use the delivery service. The service personal is very kindly and helpfull. The Beach is enough to make a good sunbathe. The sea at the Beach is very flat. So it is a little bit difficult to swim. Next bigger town to the club is grado which is a must to visit. Highlights are the water Channels, the ports , the promenade and the old classic Italian houses. All in all it was a very good holiday and we will come back.

Et super fint sted. Beliggenheden er god og pladsens størrelse (knap så stor) gør det ideelt for en børne-familie. Skal man skrive en negativ ting er det, at der kl 11 hver dag ikke var brød samt, at take away var dårligt. Ellers er og var det en meget dejlig campingplads!!

Tjek in er meget besværligt, tager utroligt lang tid, meget kompliceret. Er ikke sikker på de har prøvet det før. Håber ikke de nogen sinde får travlt. Vores mobile Home var fantastisk, vi var muligvis de første der brugte dem

War sicher früher eine schöne Anlage mit viel Grün. Da man nun aber aus Profitgier alles mit viel zu eng stehenden zusätzlichen Bungalows zubaut, geht der natürliche Charme der Anlage verloren. Jetzt ist es wie eine Legebatterie für Touristen. Die ganze Woche kein Zimmer Service, obwohl gebuchte Leistung. Ständiger Baulärm. WLAN funktiert kaum. Wir werden nicht wieder kommen. Not real hotel resort!

Positive side: The service is excellent, breakfast is good, swimming pool area also nice, the environment in the bar located next to the beach also nice. Negative side: We reserve the resort at hotels.com and expecting it’s a hotel resort but it turns out as „camping resort“ , also compare to the price range it is totally unacceptable. It should specify clearly! The cottage provided is indeed a luxury „camping site“, not really up to hotel standard. The bed in this price range is unacceptable, area outside is a bit smelly, also you cannot really swim in the Beach located in the campsite as it is muddy and a bit smelly, from other reviews looks like it’s Natural and the resort cannot do anything against it. Besides It’s located 6km from Grado city centre, hard to locate a parking spot in the city centre, also takes at least 45mins if you ride a bike there.

Italy camp ground

Great living conditions in the bungalows ! Nice little garden and private sun beds , bike rental (no helmets :( ) and all activities you can imagine in the resort. The only and most disappointing for us was the seafront. Great beach but not very nice swimming conditions.. water to the ankles so it was impossible for the kids (or adults) to use water sport activities...amazing for kids crab hunting since they are in bundles ... nice swimming pools though so we ended up there like most other guests.. I would come back for sure :)

Frais de ménages cachés

Le bungalow est récent. Mais la climatisation/chauffage faisait un bruit infernal car le module extérieur avait un problème. Impossible de dormir avec le chauffage. Nous sommes restés une nuit et avons du payer 40 euros de nettoyage. Ce n'était pas écrit visiblement sur hotels.com uniquement en tout petit dans les conditions. C'est inacceptable et une vraie mauvaise expérience !! Je deconseille.

We spent a nice family holiday at Tenuta Primero. We stayed in a superior cottage which was brand new and well equipped for self catering. The title "cottage" is a little misleading, in my opinion, as it is not a house built from bricks, but a container-type accommodation. However, it was very clean and had everything we needed, including towels and aircon. It was a little small, but we spent most of the day outdoors anyway. It was a shame we couldn't make more of the spacious veranda in the evenings because of the mosquitos, but the campsite is well prepared for that, with nets on all windows of the cottage. I think the location of our cottage wasn't ideal as a digger started working right next to it at 8am. But we couldn't really be upset about it, as our 2-year-old hugely enjoyed the daily spectacle! Other cottages are located under leafy trees and close to the beach. The beach is a long stretch of land with several playgrounds and a cute beach bar, and it is great for playing and going for walks. We personally did not use it for swimming because of crabs and seagrass, but that is just what the sea is like in this area. We went to the pools instead which our toddler enjoyed-although it would have been nice if they had been heated. There is a great quality supermarket, restaurant, pool bar, and ice cream bar on the site which are not at all overpriced. All staff are very friendly. And we took a trip to Barbana island on a boat from the Marina, which was a fun experience.

A déconseiller suite mauvaise surprise sur le prix

Un bungalow dans un camping, pour le prix c'était jouable, mais : - on ne voyait pas la mer pourtant toute proche. - En arrivant il nous a été demandé d'acquitté 40 Euros pour le ménage de fin de séjour (soit presque la moitié du prix affiché sur le site, pour une nuit d'utilisation). J'ai expliqué que j'avais payé l'ensemble de la réservation et que je ne comprenais pas ce surplus. Après âpre discussions, la chef de l'accueil a consenti a descendre à 20 euros, mais je trouve toujours cela anormal et demande à Hotel.com de régulariser cette situation avec moi et avec le camping. Je préconise de ne plus afficher cet établissement dans les choix hôtel.com et à ceux qui liront cet avis de ne pas retenir cet établissement. - Par ailleurs la porte du bungalow fermait de façon aléatoire et nous a empêché de ressortir après diner. - Un orage le matin a inondé le camping ou il était devenu difficile de circuler. - Le WiFi était d'une lenteur accablante Bref un mauvais souvenir que ce séjour à Tenuta Primero et rien ne vaut un bon hôtel classique !...

Idyllischer Campingplatz mit netten Bungalows

Sehr weitläufiger Campingplatz mit guter Infrastruktur zwischen Meer und Lagune gelegen. Hervorragende Möglichkeiten für das Standup-Paddeln, vor allem in der Lagune traumhafte Landschaft mit kleinen Inseln und verzweigten Wasserwegen.

Ottima posizione con vista sul porticciolo. Al di la` della strada c'e` il campo da golf con annesso ristorante, dove abbiamo mangiato (e bevuto) molto bene. Se ricapito nei paraggi ci ritorno

Ingen bra upplevelse

Vi bokade denna plats 6månader innan vistelse och blev enorm besviken när vi väl kom fram. Bilderna på rummen stämde inte med verkligheten. Hade bokat bungalow för 5personer för att få utrymme då vi hade våran 8månafers baby och en treårig men det visade att den extra bädden var en våningssäng. Jag ber receptionen se över möjligheterna med uppgradering på ett större rum och blev ombedd att återkomma 2timmar senare då hon var tvungen att kolla med hennes chef innan. Vi hade kört bil i 8 timmar så jag och min familj ville bara duscha av oss och vila lite. Vi väljer att vänta på chefen utanför receptionen och blir erbjudna ett större rum som jag betalde dubbla priset. Det visade dig att kl.21 på kvällarna körde de disco och denna info fanns varken på hemsidan eller när vi checkade in. Efter tredje sömnlösa kvällen går jag till receptionen för att se hur många kvällar i veckan de kommer att ha disco men receptionen stängde redan vid 20:00. Jag går till klubben där de spelade musik och ber de att sänka något då denna klubb var utomhus skulle det inte göra skillnad sa han och jag blev ombedd att klaga i receptionen. Jag hade bokat och betalat denna plats i 2veckor men valde att lämna det efter en sömnlös vecka.

Zimmer im Hafen

Wir waren nur eine Nacht da. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich nichts außer der Campingplatz und der Golfplatz. Für alles Andere braucht man ein Auto. Baden im Meer ist wegen der Lagune und dem dadurch sehr stark mit Seegras verschmutzen Strandes fast nicht möglich.

Až na to moře dobrý

Dle fotek nelze usuzovat, ale zkušenost takováto. Moře zde není moře spíše rybník. Mělko 30cm by nevadilo , ale žádné vlny všude mořská tráva takže koupání maximálně v bazénu. Kdo se chce koupat v moři tak musí popojet až do města Grádo, kde se vstup na pláž platí . Bazén v pohodě tři oddělené v jednom areálu.Hřiště na sport taky ok.
