This property can only be booked by guests who are in transit on international flights, or who are departing on an international flight from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Guests departing on an international flight must have a valid boarding pass (flight check-in via web applicable) and only carry hand luggage. Guests on a connecting international flight must stay in the transit area, have a valid boarding pass, and only carry hand luggage. Ruby - a Gem at Sama Sama Express

We booked a room at Sama Sama Express for a day as we got to know that our flight had got delayed and the lay-over was now 11 hours. Wise decision. Apart from benefit of staying within the airport, the Sama Sama Express was very comfortable and relaxing. My 80 year old mother got to sleep for about 4 hours and I got to take a shower and sleep. The Manager on Duty, Ruby was exceptional, understanding and pro-active with making arrangements. Another family, with elderly parents, were given accommodation, again by Ruby and they were highly appreciative of her efforts.

This hotel is inside airport but must have connecting flight tickets, otherwise this hotel does not refund any money. If you are looking for hotel as you arrive late night and your destination is Kuala lumpur, then you must not book this hotel.

I loved the ease and convenience of this hotel (once I found it). After going back and forth which which hotel to stay at, I confused the two sama sama's and Sharil was kind enough to assist me with transferring my reservation at 2 in the morning, which was so much appreciated after long travels! The food was good, rooms were comfortable, and lots of amenities. Also nice to walk across to the airport when my flight was cancelled. My only complaint was that my room had a strong odor and I'm not sure what it was, but the rest of the hotel was fine. I would definitely stay again though due to convenience and service.

Wonderful transit hotel. Clean crisp linens and comforter and pillow. Water, tea and coffee packets and cookies. Many sites to pick up meals at your doorstep. Clean full bath towels and amenities. The best transit hotel i have ever stayed in! Convenients to P and Q gates. Great attached lounge.

Well worth it for longer layovers. Having the ability to shower and sleep on a real bed was invaluable to us during long layovers. We used this hotel twice during our trip and was glad we did on both occasions. Rooms are simple but bathrooms are well equipped. Overall would definitely book again in the future.

Impossible to find. Must have asked 10 different people and not one of them knew where it was. In addition, they do NOT tell you until AFTER youā€™ve booked that the hotel is INSIDE the terminal, so if you exit, you CANNOT a reach the hotel any longer. Tried messaging the hotel after arrival and didnā€™t hear back until well after it was too late. Wasted over $100 for a hotel I could never find. Ridiculous. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

It's easy to reach. Unlike the one in KLIA1, there was no window in the room. Sufficient amenities and place is clean. Quite quiet. Reception staff not very helpful though and did not introduce tp me the direction to the room or the wifi connection.

The Sama- Sama is great if you have an late connecting flight, very clean, staff was great. Doors are very noisy when closed, can hear other people in rooms or corridor, which is a problem if you are trying to sleep.
