The noise levels until 3am in the morning was horrific ! When I approached the Manager the next day I was told the security was outside. Unacceptable ! That was my 1st and last stay at The road lodge. You lost a client who spread the word to other possible clients who.

The road lodge met my expectations which were budget friendly, clean and convenient location. What could be improved up is the check-in time frame we waited for quite sometime and the door to my room was a little faulty so with every push attempt it looked like i was doing something i wasnt supposed to be doing.

We stayed out of necessity for 1 night due to flight issues. Room was clean but AC does not work. No elevator, making it difficult carrying luggage up 2 flights of stairs. It was OK overall for a very short night stay. Remindd us of the old outdated travel lodges. We wouldn't stay for a holiday.

The team was a bit slow on responding to the orders and breakfast I couldn’t get my hot tea though a mild one came much later Otherwise it was a decent stay and place

Shower needed a good cleaning of the grouting , joints and corners. I was surprised by the fact that pitching up and requesting a room was priced at 19.2% higher than booking from the car park, 5 minutes later.And they still have to pay the booking company comission.

Both my partner and I both picked up a stomach bug. Did not dine, but when we checked in they said they were ‘deep cleaning’ the rooms, so I can only imagine that this has something to do with it. May have missed our room.

Having to book online and have to wait 2 hours until out booking will be received by the hotel is ridiculous on top of that the receptionist did not try hwr outmost best to assist but rather tell us we need to wait for 2 hours to gwt booked in. We had to chat to expedia to assist and even with that it was a mission
