We had a great stay in Meksiko hotel. It’s walkable to the city centre as well as the central bus station. Supermarket is just around the corner. The rooms are spacious with lots of storage space. Great breakfast selection too. Would recommend to those who want to spend a few nights in Ljubljana.

Had an excellent stay at Meksico Hotel. Was a bit worried at first, as it’s next door to a hospital, but it looked to be a daycare hospital, so totally quiet at night. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean. In walking distance to most sights and to the bus an railway station. Had everything I needed, so happy to stay there again.

Defective shower, bad neighborhood, minimal brkt

Uncomfortably small room, appropriate for one person. Bed was clean and soft but under bed was filthy with dust and debris. Hotel is next door to an ER. Sirens at night and sketchy people hanging out. Breakfast is very basic. We had to move out the third night even we booked for 7 nights. Apparently, the hotel showed poor maintenance, bad management although staff were very apologetic Pictures didn’t match with reality. Price is high for the size and amenities. Only location is near the center town

GREAT LOCATION. SUPERB STAFF. COMFORTABLE ROOM. The location couldn’t be better, no more than 15-20 minutes away from just about anywhere you’d need or want to go (including, but not limited to: the bus and train station the castle the cathedral main town square the important historic buildings, bridges, and statues The staff are helpful with any questions and are there to resolve any problems, efficiently and pleasantly. Everyone is very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and include a complimentary breakfast. I would definitely return here!

It is close to the ethnographic museum, the national museum and museum of contemporary art, and not far from the main railway station, but slightly away from the tourist aria. Because it is next to the hospital it feels part of everyday life there. The staff members are friendly and super helpful. The name of the hotel derives from the meeting place associated with Maximilian in Mexico. It is great for a lone traveller as I was.

Quite central

They have parking under the hotel but it's a bit tricky to find. You have to enter thru a big garage door by pushing a black button. A small reception but they are very helpful to show you the garage. Over all a good place to stay at. Takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the more central parts.

Very quiet inside the hotel, even though it is right next to the hospital ER. Clean, bright room. Very firm mattress. Would be nice to have a better sitting chair, there is a desk chair. Good buffet breakfast included. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Very good value!
