En primer lugar el elevador no funciona, el aire acondicionado de la habitacion no enfriaba y no hubo solucion por parte del personal, camas y almohadas mal estado y no se puede descansar y hasta se sienten los resortes de las camas, en general el hotel muy descuidado, lo unico bueno del hotel, personal muy amable.

La atención del personal muy buena, son muy amables y atentos, resolvieron el inconveniente del aire acondicionado cambiándonos de habitación sin problema, creo que ya es tiempo de una buena remodelación de las instalaciones, el hotel está en una buena ubicación y vale la pena invertirle.
