Skiing trip

Really helpful staff and good hotel for a stay when skiing at Romme Alpin. Only downside was the bar being shut on Sundays but there was a great Italian restaurant 1 minute walk away.

Not so good if you go skiing.

Went on a ski family trip for few days. The room doesn’t have any place to store any clothes. They advertise it as a good place to stay to go to Romme but the truth is that there is no infrastructure to dry your clothes or to store or keep any ski gear. Even in the bathroom there is no place to put the towels.

Vi hade bokat in vår årliga personalkonferens på Gustaf Wasa. Vi var där i 3 dagar med 1/3 av personalen per dag så att vår verksamhet ändå skulle fungera. Vi i ledningen bodde kvar en natt. Själva boendet är bra. Maten och frukost är jättebra på hotellet. Men själva konferensdelen är väldigt bedagad. Det var inte iordningställt som vi önskat i konferensrummen. Whiteboardpennorna fungerade inte, även om personalen kom upp med nya ( bättre begagnade) så funkade inte de heller. Vi åkte till Biltema och köpte egna pennor. Ett grundkrav på en konferensanläggning är väl att personalen kollar över att allt är i sin ordning i konferensrummet innan gästerna kommer? På övervåningen i fönster fanns oerhörda mängder med spindelnät, så man nästa tror att ingen någonsin städat fönster, sedan 1985 när hotellet byggdes? Solen gassade mot fönstren och det såg väldigt illa ut. Entrén, alla glasrutor oerhört smutsiga och kladdiga, inget bra första intryck. Gemensamma toaletter väldigt ofräscha. Nöjd med boendet och maten, men vi kommer inte ha någon mer konferens här.
