Very clean rooms and grounds, close to La Gran Plaza mall with great shopping and lots of restaurants, 3 minute walk. Very nice pool and pool area with nice landscaping, greenery and flowering bushes. Good buffet. If night noise bothers you, bring earplugs, many of the train’s night whistles are really loud. Would stay again 🌞

It’s conveniently located with a shopping mall with a movie theater next door. The restaurant on site is a good option if not wanting to leave the property. Plenty of other restaurants nearby also. The hotel is clean and for the most part a comfortable stay. The only complaint I would have is that there are nearby train tracks with noisy trains that pass at night. My stay was on a Wednesday. Not sure if they are a nightly event.

My honest review

Generally favorable. Front desk tried hard to help. It's not really close to attractions. Extremely limited English speaking staff. That's where I struggled the most with the front desk. If you are English only speaking person, I strictly advise against taking any tours with the hotel. That's where I feel I lost all my money because I ended up with a bus full of Spanish speaking people with guide not knowing English. Although they upfront told me that this English and Spanish tour. Also, two nights in a row, I was awaken by extremely loud train horn. For a lower price, you can get a hotel that's higher class and closer to attractions.

Bonito pero muy incómodo

El hotel muy bonito, pero las camas terriblemente incomodas, todos los dias depertamos con la espalada adolorida, y con dolor de cabeza, las almohadas pesimas, llenas de bolas. Un hotel es para descansar puede ser muy bonito, pero si es incomodo no cumple su funcion. Ademas el piso de la habitación nunca lo trapearon, se sentia la tierra desde el primer dia.
