Colchões muito ruim, toalhas só trocaram no período da tarde, colocaram em um quarto onde a TV não funcionava e só fizeram a troca de quarto no n segundo dia de hospedagem.

Hospedagem bem ruim. O único ponto positivo é a localização, que é bastante conveniente e situado a poucos passos do Rio Vermelho, bem em frente à Praia da Paciência. O hotel é antigo e demanda manutenção urgente. Os quartos estão sujos de uso, inclusive com aparência de mofo, a cama não é confortável, a fechadura da porta estava quebrada, a temperatura do chuveiro variava bastante, além de ter faltado água em um dos dias. Em relação ao café da manhã, reduzi imensamente o consumo pois o salão era muito confuso, e com uma aparência não muito convidativa.

Experiência ruim

Foi apenas uma diária tendo em vista que estávamos de passagem… Pontos positivos: café da manhã bom, ambiente do café limpo e organizado, o hotel é bem localizado e fácil de achar, ar condicionado gelou bem, pessoal da recepção atende bem. Pontos negativos: precisa de uma manutenção urgente, paredes sujas, banheiro não tem um gancho pra pendurar uma toalha, a Tv antiga só pegava alguns poucos canais locais, mesmo assim com péssima qualidade de imagem, papel higiênico de qualidade ruim, roupa de cama só a misericórdia suja mesmo, pedimos pra trocar e, a que veio, estava totalmente “encardida” assim como a que já estava… Já era noite e não tínhamos como procurar outro local, dormimos lá pois estávamos exaustos. Uma pena pois o hotel tem potencial.

Embora eu tenha chegado atrasado, fui muito bem recebido. Quando precisei de espaço para guardar as malas após eu sair, eles ofereceram o espaço para eu ir à praia e aproveitar mais. Gostei muito. (tentei anexar fotos da minha estadia e não deu certo).

O atendimento online, a recepção e a equipe de cozinha todos educados e solícitos. A cama de casal tinha um degrau no meio e a limpeza estava um pouco a desejar. O café da manhã é simples mas variado. É bem localizado e pelo valor compensa.
