Safe, peaceful. Hard floors free of carpet, dust or insects. Hygienic surfaces throughout. Almost full size refrigerator/ freezer in our room was so helpful since we travel with our own special food. Short drive to HEB and to Brackenridge Park where our Congregation event was held. Staff is helpful and adequately available. This is our second year to come, will likely come again. The price is a great value!

friendly staff, but the hotel is in poor condition, as soon as I enter the room to take a shower after a highway drive, my wife killed 2 roaches and other bugs still walking in the room so we had lo leave the hotel, staff offered to change room but my wife and daughter were scared because of the bugs

The towels, sheets, and pillowcases we're stained. Language barrier. No breakfast like advertised. It was fairly clean. Did come with small fridge and microwave.

The service was terrible. I had reward points to cover the hotel and the manager was adamant on cash. His English was terrible and he was very mean and rude. Please don't waste your time and energy. I had no choice because our car transmission was broken and was not drivable.

I didnt end up staying here as swhen i called to check on my reservation I WAS TOLD I DIDNT HAVE ONE. SO i BOOKED ELSEWHERE, ABOUT 30 MINUTES LATER A GENTLEMAN CALLED TO TELL ME i DID SHAVE A RESERVATION, HIS WIFE DIDNT KNOW STUFF, i TOLD HIM NOT TO WORYY I WAS STAYING ELSEWHERE AT THIS POINT HE TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO LISTEN TO HIM AND THAT HE HAD A ROOM FOR ME.
