There were mean yelling all night and nothing was said to them. The same men were yelling right at 7am while people are still trying to sleep, myself included, and it was hard to sleep overall since nothing was said to them

Property was ok for the money we pay, and the location was good but they need more thing to fix in the rooms, like shower head, curtains, upgrade the A/C since they don't work properly, they need to provide more towels, and fix and secure the doors, since one door was uneven and had a big gap having no privacy at all,

I could write twenty pages regarding the unprofessionalism of this hotel. It does not have decent facilities. The lobby is like an echo chamber that magnifies into the rooms. It is very loud. The bed had a plastic mattress cover. Therefore you wake up in the middle of the night in a pool of water. The mini-split AC and heat did not work. The bathroom had a soap dispenser that did not dispense soap. I was glad that I bought body wash. The place smelled bad. It smelled musty and moldy. The grout and calking looked nasty and unprofessional. The shower had no exhaust vent. It had an open window with a screen on it and all the outside car alarms and noise came through that window into the room. The restaurant is absolutely horrible. I was served the nastiest tasting club sandwich I have ever encountered and the fries were soft and cold and dripping in grease. Disgusting. I sent back the meal and went hungry that night after all day of driving. The location of the place is very difficult to drive to. It is not located on a main avenue. It is in a slum. You have to drive through really nasty areas to get to the hotel. There are dozens of topes to drive through to get there. It is a very unpleasant neighborhood. You cannot walk your dogs there. There are wild dogs and feral cats everywhere.

El hotel está de maravilla si buscas algo económico y donde pasar la noche. El personal todos muy amables y atentos. El único detalle es que se ubica en una zona peligrosa , no recomiendo salir en la noche

La limpieza de camas y sanitario muy bien. La puerta tipo cancel de la regadera ya está dañada y sucia. Las paredes del baño en el lado de la regadera también están sucias. El color de la pintura en las paredes de la recámara son muy oscuras, y a la recámara le faltan lámparas o focos,,, que den mas luz,,, está super oscura. Les recomiendo pintura de colores claros,, y luz blanca.

La taxista me recomendó este hotel porque me dijo que la otra opción barata (que elijé) es en una mala calle. Y que bueno que lo hizo! Me senti segura aqui. Pros: Esta cerca del metro y autobuses. Los cuartos amplios y la fuerza del agua excelente para una ducha caliente. También me gustaron los asientos afuera al aire libre. El desayuno me lleno bastante de huevos, frijoles, chilaquiles y hotcakes con café fuerte. Cons: Las habitaciones no se ven bonitas, pero llego solamente para descansar, usar el wifi y dormir. Los chilaquiles faltaron cariño. Me ayudo mucho el hombre en el front desk y regreso por un estancia económica y segura en Monterrey 🙏
