I wouldn’t stay on this property again. They gave me a room on the third floor, no elevator and no one to help us with my luggages. It was located on a very downhill street, we were afraid to slide down hill. The bed was hard like a rock. The breakfast didn’t impress me .

Horrible experience

This so-called hotel shouldn't be considered one AND It shouldn't be in Hotels.com. It's more like a hostel, but they charge like a 5-star hotel. It's very dirty, the bed sheets smelled, the overall appereance is old and runned-down. There's no trash can in the room and very little ventilation. Either you open the balcony window/door and get bitten by mosquitoes or you boiled inside with an awful smell. Breakfast was bad as well, the coffee was terrible.

A pousada é bem localizada apesar de ficar em uma ladeira bem dificil, não tivemos arrumação no quarto e nem limpeza durante nossa estadia, nem os copos com papel dentro foi retirado e lavado. Ficamos um pouco decepcionados

Vou separar em topicos: -Creio que devido a hora em que cheguei, o recepcionista estava meio cansado -Em um frio absurdo, nos deixam apenas um lençol e uma cobertinha manta -Não tem cafe da manhã -Não negociam extensão de estadia, tipo apenas para tomar um banho quando chega do trabalho para a estrada - A cama que seria de casal, foi juntada duas de solteiros, porem, uma mais alta que a outra -Apenas um dos recepcionistas muito preocupado com a saida do carro orientou de manhanzinha como sair sem raspar o carro nas pedras do chao. Não sei se ficaria novamente

Adoramos a localização. Pegamos um quarto com uma sacada e vista, que foi perfeito. Tudo limpinho. Mesmo não tendo café da manhã a pousada disponibiliza café e pão de queijo aos hóspedes. Muito atenciosos em todos os aspectos.

Bom custo benefício.

Pousada bem localizada, junto ao centro histórico. Instalações confortáveis, cama e colchões de boa qualidade. Chuveiro com misturador quente/frio, o aquecimento é excelente. Ponto fraco é o isolamento acústico, se você for ficar no andar inferior, você ouve os passos e arrastar de móveis. O estacionamento é ótimo. Bom atendimento.
