The rooms are basic. The shared space is good and the breakfast awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little outside the middle, but public transportation is close by.

Clean, pleasant, big family apartment with two separate rooms. Nice beds. Quiet back yard area and we had a view to a small park. Not many restaurants nearby though. We parked our car in the hotel garage and used the subway 5 minuttes walk from the hotel. The staff was very friendly.

My stay at Big Mama Berlin was great. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Osloer Str. Metro Station, which connects easily to Alexanderplatz and the city center. I recommend downloading the BVG app — it makes buying tickets super easy. A single ride costs €3.80. Breakfast is simple but good. The Wi-Fi had some interruptions at night. The linens, including the towels, are excellent. The hotel’s café is a nice bonus — they serve fresh espressos, cappuccinos, and macchiatos right at the bar with a proper machine. The best part is the hotel’s interior design — stylish and creative throughout. They also rent bikes. Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft an sich ist in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind "okay" , aber etwas unpraktisch und in meinem Fall auch (tatsächlich) eher spätlich eingerichtet. Da würden ein Tisch und zwei Stühle von IKEA deutlich praktischer sein, als die momentane Einrichtung. Das Frühstück ist mit 17,90 € zu teuer.
