The grounds were trashy… the appearance of the hotel was trashy… the room furniture was trashy… dirty towel on a shelf, remote didn’t go to the tv (we learned this after having the batteries replaced), tv would not stay turned on… one set of towels for two guests… the pics in the ad looked nothing whatsoever like the room or hotel or the description. The service was also trashy. The office was locked so it could be used to live in I guess— we had to go to the window. Got one key for two guests. When I turned in my key, the man was sleeping on the couch in the locked office. I asked for a receipt 3 times and what I got was a nonsense slip of paper with a nonsense amount written on it. Not a receipt in any way. The man clearly did not want to deal with me. I will never trust OYO hotels again.

Opened fridge in room as soon as ingot there and it stunk so bad i almost threw up. TV and wifi did not work and room had no hot water. On a positive note, only seen one roach and he ran out of the aforementioned fridge when i opened it. Also had to go get towels from the front desk, none were in there upon arrival.

Roaches and whole on door and walls smells funny

There was dead roaches smashed on the wall, the bed was dirty, the covers had dirt and stained little spots of blood on it. The floor was not swept. The bathroom was disgusting and the room stunk. I sat up all night on a table because I didn't trust anything else. The pictures showed a beautiful room online but it was the complete opposite once I got there. I would really love a refund because I was not comfortable and I did not sleep. And there was a dog in the room next to me that senses my presence and barked all night.

We were arriving late since we were driving from Canada .. we had informed the hotel about this .. reached the place and were told that the hotel was being renovated and only one room was available .. and to check before we took it. Upon opening the room .. there were cockroaches running around. We had to decline the room, obviously and then look for another room,

Even though I paid for the room online they wanted a $100 security deposit. I have to have the room "inspected" before I leave to get it back and they seem kind of sketchy. I don't have much confidence that I will get it back. I hope my $50 room doesn't become a $150 room.

0 Stars is being too nice. Horrible. Stained sheets (many colors), walls had something spilled on them; shower dirty, lobby window was small bullet proof glass with a bank tray to pay. I left within 5 minutes..
