We loved our stay at Secrets, the staff/service was outstanding. Although the majority of the resort gorgeous, it is in need of some upgrading, I understand they will be closing in a week to do that. We would love to come back post renovations!

Food and rooms were just average. Our room had a very musky/moldy smell that didn’t dissipate even when doors were left open. Pool area was fantastic. Everyone was very kind and service was great.

We came from another all inclusive resort nearby that was much more expensive. Should have stayed here the entire time! Food was excellent, our pool waiter Edheirr was fantastic! Ate at Oceana’s 2 nights, was treated like a queen. Very happy with the experience!
