The hotel was convenient and a friendly place to stay. Everything seemed really clean in the room and all over the hotel. The breakfast buffet was nice with a lot of choices. The location was perfect for me. Very walkable and a bus line down the street, cafes and restaurants close by.

Prisvärt hotell mitt i centrala Stockholm. Nära till allt. Trevlig personal och god frukost. Dessvärre fungerade inte AC så det blev en svettig natt med lite sömn.

Vi var framme på hotellet runt lunchtid och rummet var klart, men ville vi ha tillgång till det direkt så kostade det 200kr. Du behöver säga till om du vill få rummet städat. Frukosten var god. Vill du ta en drink så rekommenderar jag att ta det någon annanstans. 155kr för en GT som är färdigblandad i en burk. Vi hade rum mot en sidogata där det var väldigt mycket oväsen från lastbilar under tidig morgon.

Tar betalt för tidig incheckning trots att rum fanns ledigt två timmar innan ord tid. Två gånger dessutom = ingen koll på systemen. Frukost skulle ingå men försvann magiskt. Nonchalant och nedlåtande personal i receptionen. Ingen upplyftande kundupplevelse precis, så aldrig mer Scandic.

Ikke et hotell for deg som ønsker å sove godt

Hotellet hadde en god lokasjon Stockholm, og frokostbuffeten var bra. Oppholdet ble ødelagt av at madrassene var så harde at det var umulig å få sove. Mannen min slet med vond rygg i et par dager etter oppholdet.

Hade ingen städning! Vi var där 3 nätter! Det fattades en duschvägg i duschen tyckte vi för toalett sitsen och halva golvet var blött när man hade duschat! Hotellet låg centralt och bra. God frukost,mycket att välja på.
