10 minutes away from the airport. Property had a live band at dinner during a week day. In house restaurant offered all you can eat buffet dinner. Hotel is clean. Their gym could use some cleaning and equipment maintenance.

Found lots of long, black hairs in my bed, so had to change room. Generally dirty and very worn. Hotel needs refurbishment. Air-conditioning is very loud, and barely has any effect at all. Restaurant food was mediocre. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great little hotel to stay at for 1-2 days for a layover. We were able to check in late (2am) with no problem. Check in was quick. We missed the last shuttle bus to the hotel but we were able to order a ride through Grab for about 90,000 rupiah. Air conditioner works well. The showers were a little bit dirty and the bed is not the most comfortable in the world, but definitely beats sleeping on the airplane.

This property was great, staff were great. Area was really busy but that is possibly normal near the airport. My only negative is I tried to contact the property multiple times prior to our arrival to organise transport from the airport but never received a response. We ended up having to pay a driver to take us to the hotel when we arrived at a further cost to us only to arrive at the hotel just after the free shuttle bus which was disappointing as we were never told about the bus or where to catch it from. Other than that he hotel was great.

They keep the room clean and closed distance to the airport for transit flights. The only downgrade is they don’t answer the phone when we trying to contact regarding the shuttle pick up which cost us time and money, luckily there’s taxi nearby for our early departure since the shuttle schedule is an hour early or 30 minutes later from our schedule.
