Short Family stay

Didn’t spend much time in room, however it was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. Could do with more storage/table space. Really appreciated the breakfast boxes as we were out touring and couldn’t do breakfasts in time for two of our mornings. Laura was particularly helpful, checking us in, giving us the local information and helping us to book train tickets. Thanks Laura.

We loved the high ceilings of the room and the design. The beds were not too comfy for our taste and the little shower heads from our room didn’t work, but the main shower head worked so we were able to take a decent shower. One night stay in Florence

This was more of an apartment arrangement versus an actual hotel. You had to get into the building with a code we didn’t have (thankfully someone let us in) and access the registration desk on the mezzanine level. The room they reserved for us was on the fourth floor without elevator access. Thankfully there was another room available on the mezzanine level. It was very spacious and clean. The location is great for walking around the Duomo.
