Pit stop travelling through Sweden

Stayed for one night just to get some rest after a long car trip through Sweden. Great location and facilities. Our five year old loved the game room which had both pooltable, pingpong table and air hockey. Astonishing view from dining area. Food and breakfast was good.

Minibar ur funktion, jätte varmt i rummet och ingen möjlighet att få ner tempen, bubbelpool på spa trasigt och det meddelades ej vid bokning och betalning utan kom som en otrevlig överraskning vid ankomst. Trots allt negativt så vägrade dom ge någon form av ersättning och tyckte att dom skulle ha fullt betalt.

Överlag är Södra Berget ett underbart hotell. Det enda negativa är att rummen alltid är otroligt varma vilket gör att man vill kunna öppna fönstren eller ha en fläkt i alla rum så man kan göra någonting för att få det lite svalare.

Hotell Södra berget var väldigt fint med en fantastisk utsikt över Sundsvall. Vänligt bemötande vid incheckningen och hjälpsamma då vi valde att uppgradera vårat bokade rum till ett större. Finns inget att klaga på ang rummen, det var rent och fräscht. Frukosten hade ett stort utbud och det var väldigt gott, det fanns många bord så aldrig problem med att få någon plats. Åt på Bistron en dag och den var mindre bra. Spa avdelningen var fin, flera pooler att välja mellan och några bastuar, även japansk tvagning, frukt och dricka (vatten, te) ingick. Det enda negativa med hotellet var att det inte finns någon ac och väldigt dålig ventilation, det var 29 grader ute när vi var där så det var inte toppen inne då. Man kunde be om fläkt till rummet i receptionen om man önskade det. Det hjälpte dock inte så mycket. Annars hade vi en underbar vistelse hos hotell Södra berget och i Sundsvall ✨ Det finns även en stor spelhall vägg i vägg där man kan bowla, spela shuffleboard och mycket mycket mer, jätte kul, mat och dricka fanns det även där 👍

Otroligt fint hotell med mycket att göra. Passar bra för alla, familj, par, kompisgäng m.m. Vi bodde i den nyare delen och rummen var superfina. Plus för bra AC i rummet. Middag i bistro var ok men inget superbra. Jag åt en grillad tonfisk som saknade lite kryddning/sås och var lite överstekt. Men helt okej mat.
