Good onsen & location
Hubert, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

It is located tight by the bus stops and close to rewtaurants and the main attractions. I enjoyed their breakfast and overall i was satisfied my stay. I would definately come back!
Seunghee, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

A very old property and the onsen was great.
Wee Teik, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The check in process took a bit of time, the location is superb and we had a great tour around the area.

10/10 Exceptional

Great buffet and friendly service

Breakfast buffet was great. One of the best I have seen. Also the dinner buffet was great with lot of varieties. Nice onsen with sauna and spacious room (traditional japanese style). Very friendly service!
Ilkka, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Fantastic onsen experience! Short walk to scenic Hell Canyon. Whole facility needs a facelift, tired and worn down. Dinner and breakfast buffets are delicious with a huge variety to choose from.Oberall good experience.
Peter, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Longer dining time and more variety dishes.
Jeff, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Old hotel with funny smell but the dinner buffet not bad . Location is good only 7 min to jigokidani
Goh, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great location right across the street from bus terminal. Walking distance to everything of not
andrew, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Room is spacious enough for two. Cleanliness should be improved; dusty carpets, moldy table and bed sheets with blood stains. The interior of the room and hallway is old. Common areas such as onsen, dining space and lobby are well maintained and nice.
Jasmine Lee Yu, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great hotel but too crowded
Renee Rose, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good position opposite the bus station.
Andria, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Conveniently located at the lower slope of Noboribetsu. Price is affordable but lift is small and slow. Onsen is a indoor and an outdoor with no views. Room is clean, spacious with plenty of charging plugs in the room. Bed, pillow and duvet is soft and comfortable. We had a wonderful sumptuous Japanese breakfast with mixture of western delights. You do have to walk up a slope to reach the Carpark. If you want an affordable place to stay, here is a good recommendation.
Tik Wee, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

This was my 4th time travel to Noboribetsu but my first time stay in this hotel. The room is clean and sound proof. The staff are friendly
Helene, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Check in was smooth. Was a pleasant surprise that the staff helped to roll out the futon beds for us when we came back. Age of the room was a bit old though. Overall not too bad.
Roger, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Interesting buffet dishes (Ainu dishes). Some hotel facilities appear old (eg. rust in closet hanger bar etc).
Wen Yu, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Excellent hot spring facilities and nice buffet meals. Very close to the bus station. There was no power outlet close to the head end of the bed, which I needed to run a CPAP machine overnight. Staff reluctantly provided extension cables so I could run power from the opposite wall. This has never been an issue in any other place I have stayed.
Brenton, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Dead during summer time. No food for guest.
Francis, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The hotel is rather dilapidated, there is no air-conditioning in the lobby, there are not many buffet options for dinner and the food is average!
Shao Wu Ray, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Is a non smoking room but it has strong cigarette smells
Ee Beng, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The room was not clean as expected to be. Due to my tattoos I was not permitted into the Onsen but on my check out I was charged Onsen fees as compulsory, which is not fair. The staff was not polite especially the manager who I recon was not fit to fulfill that position and responsibility. Overall I did not have a good experience. Additional I would recommend people look for other accommodation over in that area as they look much more comfortable
