I love staying here as we travel a lot for work. The staff are so kind. Only thing I don’t like is people don’t clean up after their dogs and the areas to toilet them are very small so there’s poop everywhere. People ruin it for others because they don’t clean up! I think the hotel should watch cameras or something and charge people for not cleaning up their messes!

There were drug needles left in the room we gave the blankets back to get new ones only gave sheets we had to use sheets to cover up and ice machine didn't work and the pool was closed just horrible how can I get a refund please let me know

The beds were super comfortable and after three long days at Disney, we were very comfortable! The toilet handle was a little wonky, very friendly and helpful staff. Overall, a great stay, a little sad there wasn’t breakfast, but you can go right next-door to Jack-in-the-Box

Some is the woman working at the front office are rude and lie about the pool being open. They told me it was closed for the day but when another family came they were allowed in. They also only make certain people follow rules and others do whatever they want.

Clean, good neighborhood, good customer service. Only complaint is the shower SUCKS but I’m also 6’6” so almost every shower kind of sucks. Great location and pricing.
