The property was a little tired and worn, with the room that we had. We had a great view and it was quiet. The condition of the hallways was very dark and the woodwork including the doors really needed a touch-up. Breakfast was good and the rate was very reasonable.

Radisson Blu El Bosque, is located at a nice and safe neighborhood, in Las Condes area. The hotel has a very good buffet breakfast, and lunch and dinner are also available. It also has indoor/ouside pool, a fitness center. The room was beautiful, modern and clean. Walking distance there are some stores, farmacy, shopping mall, etc. Check in and check out was fast and easy. I spent 2 nights with my 10 year old daughter,...If I go back to Chile, I will definitely stay there again!

Overall, the stay was very good. The beds were very, very comfortable and the rooms were quite big. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good also. there was an issue with the hot water which varied between lukewarm and scalding, depending on what time of day you took a shower. unfortunately, my room had a bit of a sewer smell due to a recent rainstorm and possible flooding, but my colleague did not have the same smell in her room. They tried to fix it but the smell persisted. Otherwise, great stay.

Love this hotel, the personal very nice and attentive. Rooms comfortable, but I book 2 queen beds and i got two doubles, it was little bit disappointing. There is a safe. And even if we where 4 in the room it was set for 2 people. i have to ask for more pillows. A lot of troubles with the air conditioner and it was a water lick in the shower, but after several attempts, they fix the ac, the lick still there The service at the dining room impeccable, and the people at the front desk very nice. walking distance from the metro station, restaurants and shopping centre 2 swimming pools, but the outside one very cold I will definitely recommend it
