We stayed in the Deluxe room this time, the room is very clean and all rooms are seaview room. The breakfast is expectional, especially the Japanese Style breakfast, they offered the entire set meal with rice and 5 dishes. Also the Spa and Tiger beach offer the great experience and the price is fair. I recommend to stay in this resort for more than 1 day.

Excellent hotel. The only feedback I have is about the elevators. Very big hotel so it’s easy to get lost . Maybe make an interactive app so guests can navigate without getting lost? The lady at the front gave us a map but we lost it…. Then we got lost! Besides that, everything was excellent.

Even though the breakfast system was strange and ordered during the trip to Japan, the ridiculous attitudes of allowing the Japanese to enter first and waiting unconditionally or going downstairs with low quality were very disappointing. The cleanliness and resort were good, but it was the worst travel destination for breakfast.

One receptionist said she couldn’t provide me a bottle of water because I had just checked out already. I was holding a child in my arms and she told me to go buy by myself. How mean it was for a “kid-friendly” hotel.

The hotel is nice with excellent sea view from balcony. Room (especially the bathroom) is spacious. Buffet breakfast is really good (there are western buffet or Japanese style for you to choose). Lots of facilities & activities to offer, both indoor & outdoor, so no worries about the weather even if it's rain. Need to pay for 'Blue Reef' area (1,500 yen per person), but outdoor pool area (sunset garden) is free. Great location and easy to access, lots of restaurants nearby and they close pretty late (around 10-11pm). They will offer you coupon (500/ 1,000 Yen) depend on which room cleaning service you choose (ECO / No clean up), you can use the coupon in the souvenir shop inside the hotel, which offers a great variety of products and not costly (just similar price elsewhere). Highly recommended!

Cleaning room costs money, using a cabana cost money, using a cushioned sun longer cost money, using gym cost money, using indoor poor cost money. Nothing much to do that doesn’t cost a lot. Lots of kids but unable to use other pool cost the near by sunbed cost. Took the luxury element away. Don’t recommend

They let the father brings a young girl in the male bath! I think it’s extremely inappropriate to let young girls watching all these strangers (grown men) naked. (There were at least 5 other grown men in the bath at the same time) I don’t think this is a cultural thing. It’s just extremely disturbing.
