Stunning

A really beautiful room with a view to match. This room had everything we needed for a comfortable three night stay. The location was good, but if you want to be close to ‘the action’ you may want to find a place closer, as it was either a 30 minute walk into the centre or a metro ride in. One thing I really appreciated in the room was the bathroom mirror - it has excellent lighting, and made it a pleasure to do my makeup. The Phillips hairdryer was also a pleasure to use!

The best hotel!

I had a business trip to Osaka after quite some time, and while I was unsure which hotel to choose, I decided to stay at this one for its convenient location. Although it had been several years since my last visit to Osaka, I could feel how much the city had changed with many new buildings. From check-in to check-out, the service was flawless, and the room was very spacious and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly. I’ll definitely stay here again next time. Thank you!

Traveled with my family - my parents, myself and sister. It was a great stay, especially the public bath, quiet room, all the facilities and shuttle bus made it really easier to get to main Umeda station. Room had a really nice river view, and staffs were very friendly. I’d definitely stay here again in my next trip to Osaka.

The staff was very attentive and kind and had great English for those that don’t speak Japanese. The rooms were big compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Japan. We had access to the lounge which was nice to meet up with our friends that were in separate rooms and a place to wait for everyone to get ready for dinner. Breakfast was great and I really wish we booked our room with breakfast instead of paying for it extra after the fact; but still worth it. The bath house was clean and nice too but make sure to bring your own towel.
