Hotel is very clean and feels very safe. It has a self parking garage. It also has a full restaurant on site which is very convenient. The breakfast is fabulous. Dinner - we waited an hour to get our food on a non busy day. The only down side is that the swimming pool is not heated.

We had a problem at the room 1512. I asked 3 times to fix the bathroom door and the light on the shower, they couldn’t fix it. Parking lot super small and you need to park by yourself also expensive. Normal breakfast and on Sunday had line to get in the breakfast area. The location is good near everything but I won’t stay anymore at the hotel.

Excellent location, comfort and service

This hotel is well-appointed and well located in BH. Our room was very comfortable. The hotel restaurant offers an excellent, very full breakfast and serves a very tasty pizza at dinnertime. The only glitch was I booked for my wife and myself but the hotel had only one guest on our record, so charged an extra 90 reais. Another guest reported the same issue.

My stay in this hotel was very good! All the staff were very friendly and willing to help me out! I met two amazing ladies Miriam and Cintia! These ladies helped me out in everything! They went above and beyond on giving me recommendations and making sure that I felt good at the hotel and everything I needed was taken care of! These ladies were the cherries on top of the cake! One amazing surprise was that a gentleman named Giovany was also very helpful to me, but to my surprise in Spanish! He was fluent! Since I don’t speak Portuguese, Spanish is my main language. He helped me communicating in the hotel, translating and interacting with the rest of the staff. If you are planning to visit BH, this is the place to be. One thing they didn’t know is that I am a Hilton honor member! Once I get back to USA I will write a very nice review for the 3 of them! Obrigado Gente!

Boa estadia para alguns dias.

Boa estadia, o quarto standart é ok, possui cama confortável e o espaço razoável. Tem armário com cabides e ferro de passar roupa. Tivemos um problema com ar condicionado do quarto mas nos trocaram de acomodação pois não estava funcionando. O banheiro poderia ser melhor, apresenta aspectos de uma obra antiga, mas o chuveiro é muito bom e a água esquenta bastante. O restaurante do hotel é a melhor parte, tanto no café da manhã como nas opções para almoçar e jantar. Qualidade da comida e atendimento foram excelentes.

Achei razoável pelo padrão Hilton. Funcionários super atenciosos e gentis, café da manhã bem gostoso, completo com variadas opções e tudo muito bem preparado. O quarto em si é confortável, tamanho ok, banheiro também, entretanto a qualidade do colchão deixou super a desejar que estava muito “fundo”, ficando super complicado dormir de duas pessoas na cama, fora que todas as roupas de cama estavam com um cheiro fortíssimo de alvejante, deixando eu e minha bebê com nariz congestionado de tão forte o cheiro, me tirando total o sono. Falta mais cuidado para essa questão da rouparia e qualidade de colchão, que estavam aquém da qualidade Hilton, mais para um íbis budget.
