All the staff were so kind. The hotel is located in a safe area, close to several train stations.There is also a beautiful park nearby, allowing you to relax even in the middle of London.There are also many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so you can eat out or buy food and eat it in the hotel.

Admittedly not the type of hotel i normally stay in, on arrival the room had the radiator on full and was making an awful noises, which could not be turned off to the next day, when maintenance arrived. The room is extremely small and the hotel has limited facilities.

Great hotel, great price, great location, close to shops and two underground stations (Bayswater and Queensway) and it is peaceful and safe area of London. This is a good place for 1 maybe 2 nights. It was clean,we liked the window over the bed for fresh air and check in service was lovely and she held our bags for an hour after check out for free, very kind. We were there for 4 nights and the tiny tiny bathroom and small room space starts to get to you. No outlets next to the bed also tricky when you need to charge things.

It was an okay stay. The location is great, and the person at the entrance was very friendly and helpful. However my room in the first floor was super dark, the window was to an inner basement space with a ladder right next to my window, which was impossible to lock. The illumination was with a very cold light, which made it feel unwelcoming. There was no complimentary bottle of water, instead one could purchase one at the reception.

Had an issue with the toilet flusher flooding the bathroom in room 803 in the basement. Got moved to 804. I had the exact same issue. Got moved up to a bouble room on the 3rd floor upstairs for the remaining 3 nights of my 4 night stay.

Not the nicest place, the hole toilet looked like it was from taken from a RV, the toilet door was rotten in the bottom. The windows was not tight so the room went really cold at night, dirty carpet and the hole room had a weird smell. Not the best all in all.

Good location for proximity and food, though be mindful of the closing times for stores. Staff were lovely, the room wasn't the cleanest as I saw a bundle of hair from previous guest, and the bathroom / toilet setup in the single room is rather dangerous as not only is it very tight, it is easy to have a fall, which I did have. Aside from the hair and the wear and tear of an old building, the stay was okay. Thanks.
