The hotel restaurant for evening dinner was closed, not notified. However, the entire city of Cortina is under new construction and renovation for the 2026 Winter Olympics! By most standards, the hotel was no better than 2-stars!

Loved this property! Beautifully appointed, close to town. Didn't get to try the restaurant as the were closed during our stay, but the breakfast was ample, with a good selection and service. Would definitely rebook when i return to this area.

This place was located in a cute town with breathtaking views! Room was cozy and clean. They provided Eco friendly packaged soap. The place also offered free breakfast downstairs! Be careful opening the windows as it may detach completely depending on how you swing it open. The bed frame also makes extremely loud noises when moving around. Just simply shifting positions when sleeping.

Everyone was very kind and friendly. Breakfast was great. Beautiful view of Cortina from our room. Room was just a little cramped for two people with large bags but nothing the hotel can do about that. We were there just before high season kicked off so the restaurants in the hotel was closed in the evenings which would have been convenient for a drink or dinner.

Foi boa, não tivemos contato com ninguém na portaria. Chegamos fora do horário de funcionamento da recepção, mas conseguimos entrar ao mandar mensagem via WhatsApp e nossa chave estava separada nos aguardando. O lugar tem uma vista muito bonita para as dolomitas. O café do café da manhã parecia café solúvel, não estava bom, os demais itens do café da manhã estavam bons.

Infelizmente algumas funcionárias são ríspidas na comunicação. Ao servir o café da manhã não são cordiais. Servem com má vontade. O serviço ainda se assemelha ao período da pandemia de COVID em que o cliente não pode se servir. Hotel confortável e limpo. Localização um pouco distante do centro.
