Overpriced, underserviced. Quaint enough room, comfy bed, yummy cookies, just not worth cost.

Special B&B
Very cute and quaint B&B. Very nice grounds but could be even better if they maintained it better. Old property but a lot of character. Great customer service and very nice main meeting space where they serve breakfast, have coffee and snacks. Rooms are nice but AC did not work well and was noisy. Overall, definitely recommend but realize this is an old hotel.

A charming property with spacious rooms, a tasty included breakfast, and wonderful husband and wife hosts. Easily walkable to central Taos, and a short driving distance to most other noteworthy sites & adventures. We loved this small hotel and would highly recommend it. Again, the hosts deserve high praise for their warm hospitality.

The warm sugar cookies were the clincher! Seriously it was absolutely delightful. We had every thing we could want, the room was spacious, large bathroom, and the patio area was lovely to sit and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Perfect little hideaway!

An Enchanting Room and Wonderful Experience!
Everything about this was wonderful. The service was personal and exceptional. Lucas, the manager was first rate. The property is nestled among cottonwoods just SE of downtown. It was quiet and close. Our room was spacious and lovely with a courtyard garden area, dining area, fireplace, coffee, fridge and AC. The bathroom was huge, beautiful and spa like. The jetted tub and walk in shower all done in marble. Exceptional!!! The kids enjoyed the pool located at a larger sister property and we all loved a gourmet breakfast there. Our mistake was not having cash to leave for gratuities. The service was always impeccable!

The property is older but they have done a great job updating it. It is not perfect but Luke and Sam try to accommodate any concerns. They are super hospitable! We stayed in the Matriarch Suite and it is a big space. We will definitely visit again in the fall! Breakfast is included and it is phenomenal!

Lovely place, but a little worn.
Charming, small hotel. Our room, while clean and stylish, seemed worn. Especially the floors in both the room and bathroom. The manager Luke was wonderful and very accommodating. We really enjoyed having access to the lobby/dining area after hours for tea and hot cocoa.
